LAUNCH RESERVATION
Download the App and enter for a chance to reserve select new releases. Not all shoes are available for launch reservation, so be sure to check with your local store. You can find your store in the App using the Store Locator.
Join Star Club to gain a valuable Head Start that will advance your countdown clock.
HOW TO USE LAUNCH RESERVATION
- Log into the App or create your account on the App.
- Enable location, beacon, and push notifications to stay updated on your launch reservations.
- Enter the Launch Locator and select shoes you are interested in.
- Choose up to three stores where the shoes will be available and Launch Reservation applies.
- Select your size and the countdown clock will begin. Note: When you select your size, your Star Club status is locked in.
- You can edit your submission up until 24 hours before your countdown clock expires.
- Earn Check-In Head Starts in stores.
- Once the countdown clock hits zero, unlock the outcome of your submission under “My Countdowns.” If you enabled push notifications, you will get a notification that the outcome is available.
- Present your App confirmation and a valid photo ID at the store where you won your reservation. Note: Any reservation not purchased within the specified date and time frame will be forfeited.
