Returning an item has never been easier. Repackage items to be returned or exchanged in the original boxes with all labels. All orders come with a prepaid return-shipping label. Affix this label to the package and drop it in the mail within 45 days of shipment. Make sure to specify whether the item is being exchanged or a refund is being requested. Your exchange will be shipped to you at no cost.* Also, you can return a purchase to any Footaction store for an exchange or refund. That’s it! No more worries about whether your shoes and clothing will fit.
